About The Role

We are looking to strengthen our team with an Onboarding Administrator based at our Peterborough Office. This is a part time position with days / hours to be agreed. 
 
As an Onboarding/Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the regional induction processes and performing weekly staff inductions. Also to be the link between the Company’s Central Recruitment Team and the Regional staff. The role reports directly to the Regional Senior Leadership Team.
 

Accountabilities

· Management of Company Induction processes

· Performing Weekly Staff Inductions as required & be the contact person for all new starters within the Region

· Co-ordinate with HR the regional recruitment processes

· Provide cover for the Timesheet Administrator when absent

· Assist the Senior Leadership Team with other duties/initiatives as seen fit

General Duties

· To be the link between the Company’s Central Recruitment Team and the Regional staff regarding onboarding in the region.

· Contact new starters prior to their commencement to ensure their onboarding process is a positive experience & prepare an onboarding timetable for New Starters prior to their start date, to ensure a positive and structured ‘commencement of employment’ from day one.

· Management and control of the regional Induction documents and processes

· Liaise with Partner Organisations/Line Manager to ensure all IT Equipment and PPE are ready prior to the new Employee commencing employment.

· To perform weekly induction meetings or as necessary & group welcome sessions

· Check in on new starters at intervals to ensure they have everything they need

· Oversee exit process for all Leavers

· Provide cover for the timesheet administrator when on leave or other absence.

· Supporting the regional Senior Leadership Team with other tasks as required, such as event planning, regional staff communications, etc

About You

Essential

· A proficient level of IT literacy including ability to learn and use a range of systems.

· Competent in retrieving and understanding data from recruitment systems

· Strong interpersonal Skill required to communicate effectively at all levels of organisation.

· Ability to work independently and manage competing demands

· Discretion and Confidentiality

· Good attention to detail

· Adaptable and willing to perform a range of tasks as required

· Supportive behaviour Desirable

· Previous experience ideally in a similar role

· Experience of using a computerised timesheet system (SAP and or IFS)
