Develop project engineering plans covering scope, cost, schedule, risk and resources
Collaborate with technical experts and suppliers to develop fully integrated, buildable solutions
Drive sustainability and innovation across the design lifecycle
Ensure designs meet CDM, safety, and operational requirements
Foster strong collaboration with project managers, planners, procurement, and construction teams
Lead project reviews, manage quality processes, and support continuous improvement
Mentor and support your team’s professional development and well-being

About You

A degree in engineering or equivalent experience (chartered or working toward it preferred)
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and supplier input
Strong knowledge of water sector infrastructure and a passion for sustainable design
A collaborative, can-do attitude and ability to inspire and lead teams
Understanding of CDM regulations and experience embedding H&S into design
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
