About The Role

MWH Treatment is looking to strengthen their SHEQ team with a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for our Anglian region. We are looking for someone who will fulfil the day to day SHEQ duties, and to contribute to the management and development of the regional management team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Help teams develop strong, consistent safety behaviours in line with our Safer Every Day principles
  • Build open, collaborative environments that drive a culture of wellbeing and safety
  • Conduct site inspections and assurance visits to keep our standards high
  • Deliver inspiring training sessions – from orientation to on-site briefings
  • Measure impact and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • Share best practice and support innovation across the alliance

About You

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate and Tech IOSH (or higher) membership
  • A valid CSCS Safety Professional card
  • Strong communication and people skills – you're trusted, respected, and supportive
  • A full UK driving licence for site visits
