About The Role

We are looking to strengthen our Recruitment team with a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator. This role is for a 12 month fixed term contract and work load depending may have the possibly to be extended or be permanent.. You will be based at Rickmansworth for 50% of your time with 50% you will have the option to work from home. 

 

You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and your role will be supporting the recruitment team in all administration, coordination, hiring manager support on systems and contractor customer service queries. This will be a varied & rewarding role consisting of both admin management and customer service for our internal stakeholders. To perform this role well you will need to enjoy ownership of tasks, dealing with people and accuracy on administrative tasks, no previous experience is required. Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Management of the recruitment Inbox
  • Manage the Right to work process
  • Administration within the Anglian water framework
  • Eploy (recruitment application tracking system) Admin Management
  • Eploy - first line support to internal managers
  • Create and quality check offer paperwork / chase outstanding offers (Offer Letters and Contracts)
  • Interview Management
  • Administration of the Referral Scheme
  • IR35 paperwork / completion – compliance and paperwork
  • Contractor management – starters / leavers / timesheet queries / bonuses / agency queries / invoices / rate increases
  • Recruitment Invoice payments – Perm hires / Eploy Approvals / Payments etc
  • Assisting our Direct Labour recruitment – assisting in creation of vacancies / troubleshoot / create placement record
